Solrii (“Solrii,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Solrii marketplace and related services available through solrii.com.
Solrii provides a marketplace where independent sellers can create their own storefronts, list products, accept orders, connect payment services, manage fulfillment, and interact with customers.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Solrii collects, how we use and share that information, and the choices available to users of the Solrii platform.
1. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you use Solrii.
Account Information
When you create a Solrii account, we may collect information such as:
- Name
- Email address
- Username or account identifier
- Authentication and account-security information
- Account preferences
- Communications with Solrii
- Information you voluntarily add to your account
Seller and Store Information
If you open or operate a store on Solrii, we may collect:
- Seller or business name
- Store name
- Store description
- Contact information
- Business information
- Product listings
- Product images
- Prices
- Inventory
- Shipping and pickup settings
- Return and refund settings
- Order information
- Store preferences
- Membership and subscription information
- Information relating to payment-service connections
- Information needed to operate, support, or verify your store
Some seller information, such as store names, product listings, product images, descriptions, prices, and seller-provided policies, is intended to be displayed publicly.
Buyer and Order Information
When you purchase or attempt to purchase a product through Solrii, we may collect or process information such as:
- Name
- Email address
- Shipping address
- Billing information
- Order contents
- Order amount
- Seller involved in the transaction
- Shipping or pickup selection
- Order status
- Payment status
- Refund or cancellation information
- Communications relating to the order
The seller from whom you purchase receives information necessary to process, fulfill, support, and manage your order.
Payment Information
Solrii uses third-party payment providers, including Stripe, for certain payment services.
When Stripe is used to process a payment, connect a seller account, manage seller payment capabilities, or manage a Solrii membership, payment and financial information may be collected directly by Stripe.
Solrii generally receives information such as payment status, transaction identifiers, amounts, account status, and other information necessary to operate the marketplace. Solrii does not need to store a customer's full payment-card number in order to operate the marketplace when payment information is handled directly by Stripe.
Stripe's collection and use of information is also governed by Stripe's own agreements and privacy policies.
2. Stripe Connect
Solrii uses Stripe Connect to allow independent sellers to connect Stripe payment services to their Solrii stores.
When a seller connects a Stripe account to Solrii, Solrii and Stripe may exchange information necessary to establish, maintain, and operate that connection.
Depending on the services enabled for a seller, this information may include:
- Stripe account identifiers
- Seller or business information
- Account verification status
- Payment capability status
- Transaction information
- Payment and refund status
- Payout-related status
- Dispute or risk information
- Other information Stripe makes available to Solrii in connection with the seller's connected account
Solrii uses connected-account information to provide marketplace functionality, display payment status, support seller transactions, troubleshoot payment issues, prevent fraud or misuse, and operate features requested by the seller.
By connecting Stripe to Solrii, a seller authorizes Solrii to communicate with Stripe and access or submit information as necessary to provide the Solrii services and the Stripe Connect functionality selected by that seller.
Stripe independently processes information under Stripe's own legal terms and Privacy Policy.
3. Seller Memberships and Billing
Solrii may offer free and paid seller membership plans.
If you purchase a paid Solrii membership, Stripe or another payment provider may process your membership payment.
Solrii may receive and retain information about:
- Your membership plan
- Billing status
- Subscription status
- Renewal date
- Payment success or failure
- Invoice or transaction identifiers
- Cancellation status
Payment-card information is handled by the applicable payment provider.
4. Printful and Fulfillment Services
Solrii may allow sellers to connect or use third-party fulfillment services such as Printful.
When a seller chooses to use a fulfillment provider, information necessary to create or fulfill an order may be transmitted to that provider.
This information may include:
- Customer name
- Shipping address
- Ordered products
- Product variations
- Quantity
- Shipping method
- Order identifiers
- Other information necessary for production and delivery
Third-party fulfillment providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Use of a fulfillment integration is optional unless otherwise stated for a particular product or seller.
5. AI-Assisted Seller Tools
Solrii may provide optional tools that help sellers create or improve product information, descriptions, images, or other marketplace content using artificial intelligence services.
A seller may be permitted to provide or connect the seller's own API credentials for a third-party AI provider.
When a seller chooses to use an AI-assisted feature, information submitted to that feature may be transmitted to the applicable AI provider to perform the requested task. This may include product names, descriptions, images, categories, or instructions supplied by the seller.
Seller-provided API credentials are used to enable the services requested by that seller and are not intended for public display.
Third-party AI providers process information according to their own terms, account settings, and privacy policies.
Sellers should not submit sensitive personal information through AI-assisted product tools unless it is necessary and appropriate to do so.
6. Information Collected Automatically
When you access Solrii, certain information may be collected automatically, including:
- IP address
- Browser type
- Device type
- Operating system
- Pages visited
- Date and time of access
- Referring pages
- Session information
- Security and error logs
- Marketplace interactions
We may use cookies, session storage, local storage, or similar technologies when necessary to operate features such as account login, shopping carts, preferences, security, and site functionality.
Where analytics or similar measurement technologies are enabled, they may also be used to understand how visitors use Solrii and to improve the platform.
7. How We Use Information
Solrii may use information to:
- Create and maintain accounts
- Operate seller stores
- Display marketplace listings
- Process and manage orders
- Connect buyers and sellers
- Enable Stripe Connect
- Manage seller memberships
- Provide fulfillment integrations
- Provide seller tools
- Provide AI-assisted features requested by sellers
- Send transactional or service-related communications
- Provide customer and seller support
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, prohibited listings, and security threats
- Enforce Solrii's Terms and marketplace policies
- Troubleshoot and improve the platform
- Comply with legal obligations
- Protect Solrii, its users, sellers, and the public
8. How Information Is Shared
Solrii does not disclose personal information simply because someone requests it.
We may share information in the following circumstances.
With Sellers
When a customer places an order, the applicable seller receives the information reasonably necessary to fulfill and manage that order.
Sellers are independent businesses and are responsible for how they use customer information they receive through their stores.
With Payment Providers
Information may be shared with Stripe and other payment providers when necessary to process payments, manage connected seller accounts, manage memberships, prevent fraud, process refunds, or provide related financial services.
With Fulfillment Providers
When a seller uses Printful or another fulfillment provider, information necessary to fulfill the applicable order may be shared with that provider.
With Technology and Service Providers
We may use companies that provide hosting, email delivery, infrastructure, security, analytics, storage, customer support, or other technical services.
These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services to Solrii.
When Required by Law
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law or a valid legal process
- Respond to lawful requests from government authorities
- Investigate fraud or illegal activity
- Protect the security or integrity of Solrii
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of Solrii, our users, sellers, or others
- Enforce our Terms or policies
Business Transfers
If Solrii is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
9. Independent Sellers
Solrii sellers operate independent stores within the Solrii marketplace.
Sellers are responsible for their own products, order fulfillment, customer service, returns, refunds, and other responsibilities described in Solrii's Terms and marketplace policies.
When a buyer purchases from a seller, that seller may receive personal information necessary to complete the transaction.
A seller's use of that information outside the Solrii platform may be subject to the seller's own privacy practices and legal obligations.
Solrii does not authorize sellers to misuse customer personal information, send unauthorized communications, sell customer information, or use customer information for purposes unrelated to legitimate marketplace transactions.
10. Public Information
Certain information provided to Solrii is intended to be public.
For sellers, this may include:
- Store name
- Store logo
- Store description
- Product listings
- Product photographs
- Prices
- Seller policies
- Public profile or storefront information
Anything posted publicly may be viewed, copied, indexed, or shared by other users, search engines, or third parties.
Do not publish information that you do not want to make public.
11. Communications
Solrii may send communications necessary to operate the service, including:
- Account notices
- Order information
- Seller notifications
- Payment or membership notices
- Security alerts
- Policy or Terms updates
- Customer-support communications
Where optional promotional communications are offered, users may have the ability to unsubscribe from those communications.
Certain transactional, security, account, and legal notices cannot be disabled while an account remains active.
12. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide Solrii services
- Maintain accounts
- Process and document transactions
- Resolve disputes
- Prevent fraud and abuse
- Meet tax, accounting, legal, and regulatory requirements
- Enforce agreements
- Maintain platform security
Closing or deleting an account does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of every record.
Some transaction, payment, fraud-prevention, security, and legal records may need to be retained after an account is closed.
Public content may remain temporarily in backups, caches, search-engine indexes, or records maintained for legitimate legal or security purposes.
13. Security
Solrii uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse.
No internet service or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and should notify Solrii if they believe their account has been compromised.
14. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on your account and applicable law, you may be able to:
- Review or update account information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Close your account
- Request access to certain personal information
- Request deletion of certain personal information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Request information about how your information has been used or disclosed
Some requests may be limited where Solrii must retain information for legal, transactional, fraud-prevention, security, or other legitimate purposes.
Privacy requests may be submitted through Solrii's Contact & Support page.
We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
15. Sale of Personal Information
Solrii does not sell personal information to data brokers or sell customer information for money as part of operating the marketplace.
Certain privacy laws use broad definitions of terms such as “sale,” “share,” or “targeted advertising.” If Solrii engages in activity that triggers additional rights under an applicable privacy law, Solrii will provide the disclosures and choices required by that law.
16. Children's Privacy
Solrii is not directed to children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Seller accounts and payment-provider accounts may be subject to additional age and eligibility requirements.
17. Third-Party Services and Links
Solrii may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with services operated by third parties, including payment, fulfillment, shipping, artificial-intelligence, and other service providers.
Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Solrii's Privacy Policy does not control the privacy practices of independent third parties.
Users should review the policies of third-party services they choose to use.
18. Legal and Regulatory Requirements
Solrii may process and retain information when reasonably necessary to comply with laws, regulations, court orders, tax requirements, law-enforcement requests, fraud-prevention obligations, payment-network requirements, or other legal responsibilities.
19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Solrii changes or as legal, regulatory, or operational requirements change.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy.
If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we may provide additional notice when appropriate.
Continued use of Solrii after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective is subject to the updated policy and applicable law.

Questions, concerns, or requests relating to privacy or personal information may be submitted through the Contact & Support page on Solrii.
When contacting us about a privacy request, please provide enough information for us to identify the applicable account or issue.
Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, banking credentials, API secrets, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
