Marketplace Purchase Policy
Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Solrii is a marketplace of independent stores. Each seller sets the shipping, pickup, return, and refund terms for the products they sell, while Solrii sets minimum marketplace expectations for clear disclosure, fair handling, and buyer support.
Independent seller policies
Every Solrii store is independently operated. Sellers choose the shipping methods, local-pickup options, processing times, return windows, return-shipping rules, and other fulfillment terms that fit their business and products.
Sellers must describe those terms accurately and may not materially change the policy that applied when an order was placed in order to disadvantage the buyer.
Shipping and delivery
- Sellers are responsible for packaging and fulfilling their orders and for using lawful, appropriate shipping methods.
- Processing and delivery estimates are estimates unless the seller expressly guarantees a date.
- Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
- When tracking is available, sellers should provide it through the order or fulfillment process.
- Some products or destinations may have shipping restrictions. Sellers are responsible for complying with carrier and legal requirements.
Local pickup
If a seller offers local pickup, the seller is responsible for clearly communicating the pickup location, timing, identification requirements, and any other pickup instructions. Buyers should not travel to a pickup location until the seller confirms the order is ready.
Returns and exchanges
The seller's posted return policy governs the purchase except where applicable law provides the buyer additional rights. A seller may identify certain products as final sale or non-returnable when lawful and clearly disclosed before purchase.
Buyers should submit return, exchange, damaged-item, wrong-item, or not-as-described requests through the order tools when available, or contact the seller through the Solrii order conversation.
Refunds
For card purchases processed through a seller's connected Stripe account, the seller is responsible for approving and issuing refunds. Approved card refunds are generally returned to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear depending on Stripe, the card network, and the buyer's financial institution.
For COD, cash-on-pickup, or other direct-payment orders, the buyer and seller are responsible for arranging any refund directly because Solrii never receives those funds.
Damaged, missing, wrong, or not-as-described orders
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from the listing, contact the seller promptly and provide enough information to evaluate the issue. Photographs or other reasonable documentation may be requested.
Sellers are expected to respond in good faith and comply with applicable consumer-protection laws, their published policies, and payment-provider requirements.
Payment disputes and chargebacks
Buyers should first give the seller a reasonable opportunity to resolve an order problem. Card-payment disputes and chargebacks are also subject to Stripe, the buyer's bank, and card-network procedures. Solrii may provide order records or other marketplace information needed to evaluate a dispute.
Solrii's role
Solrii provides the marketplace, order-coordination tools, messaging, and payment integrations, but independent sellers remain responsible for their products and fulfillment. Solrii may step in when there is suspected fraud, prohibited activity, repeated failure to fulfill orders, abuse of marketplace tools, or another violation of Solrii policies.
