Independent sellers
Solrii provides marketplace software, discovery, product organization, cart and order-coordination tools for independent sellers. Each seller is responsible for the accuracy and legality of its listings, pricing, inventory, fulfillment, customer service, return and refund policies, disputes, and compliance with applicable laws.
Payments
A Solrii cart can contain products from more than one store. Solrii may present those store orders in one checkout experience, but each card order is a separate transaction processed through that seller's connected Stripe account. A buyer may therefore see multiple store charges. Solrii does not add a transaction commission to product sales. Sellers may also offer pay-seller-directly options; Solrii does not receive those funds.
Taxes
Sellers are responsible for their tax settings, registrations, reporting, collection and remittance obligations except where applicable law specifically places an obligation on Solrii or another party. Nothing in these terms overrides marketplace-facilitator, sales-tax or other legal requirements that apply in a particular jurisdiction.
Returns and refunds
Return requests can be coordinated through Solrii, but the seller remains responsible for its return policy and for issuing any card refund through its own Stripe account or resolving a direct-payment transaction with the buyer, subject to applicable law.
Prohibited, illegal, counterfeit, stolen, dangerous, or otherwise restricted goods are not allowed.
